Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for the UK & Europe markets through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure steady business growth.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market insights.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
  • Prior experience in selling to UK/European customers is must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
