Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales via phone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects using CRM tools.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
