Job Description- Senior Inside Sales Representative

Profile Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to consistently follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is persistent, target-oriented, customer-focused, and takes ownership of the complete lead conversion process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on and qualify leads provided by the company.
• Make regular and structured follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve defined sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of leads and orders.
• Continuously track and update the status of leads to ensure opportunities are not missed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Conversion, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong lead follow-up and conversion skills.
• Proven ability to work consistently on company-provided leads.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Good understanding of CRM systems, email communication, and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Experience dealing with international clients or B2B customers will be an added advantage.
