Job Description

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients and understanding their business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain GeoIQ's products and solutions effectively.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information and interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and pitch solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-orientated.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in the SaaS, tech, or geospatial/data analytics domain.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes.
  • Exposure to international clients/markets.
