The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and lead Generation:
o Identify potential customers and target markets through research, networking, and cold calling.
o Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their needs and interest in the product or service.
o Utilize various sources such as databases, social media, and industry events to generate new leads.
o Customize Emails to show relevance to the industry being targeted.
o Fix technical meetings once the Lead is minimal BANT Qualified.
CRM Management:
o Manage the leads pipeline, including tracking opportunities and activities in the CRM.
o Prioritize leads to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets.
o Maintain and enrich the database regularly.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
o Collaborate with other members of the sales team as well as marketing, product and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
o Share insights, feedback and best practices with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
