About :

We at Footprints Education are looking for an earnest relationship executive to initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a sales executive, you should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents.
2. Create and communicate effectively value propositions for the organisation.
3. Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.
4. Pre-qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests, etc.
5. Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the telecalls in the system
6. Schedule and make follow-up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit centres for admissions
7. Do the follow-up calls for admissions once the prospect has visited Centre
8. Timely response to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
9. Completing follow-ups daily as per business requirements and defined workflows

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
• Good computer skills, exposure to CRM, Dialer
