Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Kochi. The role involves generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting prospects into clients through effective communication and sales strategies. The Inside Sales Specialist will build meaningful relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention while explaining the value of FindMyHostel's services. You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Reach out to potential customers and hostel partners via calls, emails, and messages
  • Generate and qualify leads from various sources
  • Explain company services and offerings clearly to prospects
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships
  • Convert leads into successful sales
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales strategies
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets 

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for delivering a positive client experience
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through relationship building and problem-solving
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Fluency in Malayalam and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the coliving, real estate, or hospitality industry is a bonus
