Inside Sales Specialist (Mid-Level)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Excelencia team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation and account management. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the overall sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads through Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn Connections etc
- Manage the end-to-end inside sales process from prospecting to closure for assigned regions or verticals
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign follow-ups and targeted outreach
- Develop a deep understanding of company products/services and articulate value propositions to prospects
- Support Account managers with proposal development, quotations, and follow-ups
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and updated sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs
- Perform Market research about Client or Account or Focus Area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Willing to work in Night Shift (US time zone)
- 3 - 6 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation in IT services industry
- Experience working on Lead generation tools such as Zoom info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Knowledge on CRM tools
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer journey
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Exposure US market will be an added advantage
- Experience working on Oracle modules/Generating leads for Oracle based companies is an added advantage
