- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the customer base.
- Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Client Relationship
Management, and related tasks.
- Maintain documentation and communicate customer queries and details to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving assigned goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to connect with customers
passionately.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is
preferred.
- Experience: Fresher to 2 yrs of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.
- Communicate: Effectively in Kannada (Must) English, Hindi (Preferable)
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to
market changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Notice Period: Immediately available till 30 days notice.
