Role OverviewCareer Launcher is seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Digital Sales Counselors responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their educational needs, and providing customized course solutions. This is a performance-driven role involving outbound calling, sales conversions, and adherence to organizational quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement- Make outbound phone calls to leads provided by Career Launcher.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality parameters.
Operational Responsibilities- Maintain accurate call records and update sales CRM.
- Follow calling etiquette and uphold organizational communication standards.
- Work closely with team leaders to improve conversion ratios.
Eligibility Criteria- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Experience: 04 years in sales/tele-sales/outbound/inside sales with revenue targets.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Skills Required:

- Confidence and poise while communicating over calls
- Ability to work under target pressure
- Professionalism and discipline
Work Ethics & Login Timings- Maintain regular working hours as per company policy.
- Mandatory login for a minimum of 9 hours; ready to start work by 9:30 AM.
- Late logins or early logouts may invite disciplinary action.
- Must remain accessible during work hours via phone or messaging tools.
- Maintain a distraction-free, dedicated workspace.
Calling Hours- Calling window: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Any deviation requires approval from the Team Leader or Mentor.
Daily Calling & Productivity Expectations- Minimum 180 dials per day
- Minimum 3 hours of talk time per day
