Inside Sales Specialist

About the role:

We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Perk HRMS team and own the full B2B sales cycle, with a strong focus on lead generation, prospecting, and new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and other channels
• Prospect and identify potential B2B customers
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
• Conduct Perk HRMS product demos
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closure
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Build relationships with HR, Payroll and business decision-makers
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales — mandatory
• Experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting
• Good communication and sales skills
• Confident in making cold calls and speaking with business decision-makers
• Good presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of the complete sales process
• HR Tech / HRMS / Payroll sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
