Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting sales-related communications. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting sales calls, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to the achievement of overall sales goals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and maintaining a customer-centric approach to enhance both performance and client relationships.
