Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to support our business development efforts by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling client meetings. The ideal candidate should be skilled in research, outreach, and communication, and passionate about building a career in sales within the recruitment & staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential clients across IT, Manufacturing, Pharma, Semiconductor, BFSI, and GCCs.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, and market research.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their hiring requirements and decision-making process.
- Schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Managers/Directors.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline/CRM with accurate lead information.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships until they are ready to engage.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Key Requirements- 4+ years of experience in inside sales / lead generation / business development support, in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and persuasion skills.
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Founders).
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRMs is an advantage.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple outreach activities daily.
