CTC: 2.5 LPA 4.5 LPA + Highly Attractive Incentives

Shift Timing: 11:30 AM 8:00 PM IST

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location Preference: Candidates staying near Bannerghatta Road, Hosur Main Road, HSR Layout, Koramangala (Preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Specialist with strong core sales and counseling sales experience to convert warm leads into paid subscribers. The role requires deep customer empathy, problem-solving ability, and consistent performance in a high-volume calling environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound and inbound calls daily to trial and warm leads
  • Maintain minimum 2 hours of productive talk time every day
  • Understand customer health concerns, lifestyle issues, and pain points
  • Counsel customers and recommend the right yoga, meditation, diet, and nutrition solutions
  • Convert free trials into paid subscriptions through need-based selling
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales with integrity
  • Follow up systematically and manage leads through CRM
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Accurately update call notes, customer insights, and conversion status
  • Collaborate with teachers, nutritionists, and support teams for customer success
  • Adhere to quality, compliance, and ethical sales standards

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Counseling Sales experience
  • Proven experience in EdTech, Fitness, Wellness, Healthcare, or Subscription-based sales
  • Strong experience handling high call volumes (100+ calls/day)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain 2+ hours talk time consistently
  • Experience in core sales (closing-focused role) not support or coordination
  • Prior startup experience is mandatory
  • Comfortable working Monday to Saturday

Must be disciplined and effective in a Work From office

  • Comfortable with targets, pressure, and fast-paced environments
  • Flexible with work hours when required (lead peaks, follow-ups)
