Inside Sales Role

• Maintaining the Inside Sales tool and filling customer information and other relevant data.
• Calling leads and potential customers and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Preparing weekly reports about number, status and sources of leads and customers.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Confirm whether all reports are being released on time internally and from partner labs

Requirement

• Inside Sales experience is preferred.
