About the Role
We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in Bangalore, to build and manage the sales pipeline for our Cloud & Microsoft ecosystem offerings. This role is ideal for someone who understands cloud fundamentals and enjoys consultative B2B selling.
You will work closely with founders, cloud consultants, and our Microsoft distribution partner to generate qualified opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Note: We will provide required trainings.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for Microsoft Services
Build and manage a sales pipeline via outbound and inbound channels (LinkedIn, email, calls)
Understand customer requirements and map them to Azure / O365 solutions
Schedule discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to cloud consultants
Maintain CRM and ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and lead follow-ups
Stay updated with Microsoft cloud offerings, pricing models, and licensing
Meet monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
03 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Tech Sales / IT Services Sales
Basic understanding of Cloud Computing concepts (Azure preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-growing setup
Good to Have (Value Add)
Prior experience selling Cloud, SaaS, MSP, or IT services
Exposure to Microsoft distributors / CSP ecosystem
