About The Role
We are seeking a proactive
Inside Sales Representative to support our IT sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting with client engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT services, technology solutions, sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients for IT services and solutions
- Conduct cold calls and outreach via email and LinkedIn to introduce company offerings
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on business and technical needs
- Update and manage lead information in CRM tools
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations for IT services
- Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams for campaigns and demos
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA- Sales & Marketing (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or technology concepts (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
- High level of motivation with an interest in IT sales, negotiation, and customer engagement
- Ability to learn technical offerings and explain them clearly to prospects
