About the Company

Iconiq Energy is a Made in India powerhouse with a 2.5 GWh manufacturing capacity. We build high-performance battery systems (BESS) to help businesses go green & profitable by reducing dependence on diesel generators and switching to 24/7 clean, uninterrupted power.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales: Responsible for Pre-Sales Technical communication and support for Hybrid Inverters, Energy Storage System integration, PV-storage solution accessories, communication and Energy Management products. 
  • Market Intelligence: Research Indian PV and energy storage trends, analyze competitor products, and monitor industry standards to guide product development and lifecycle management.
  • Training: Provide product, installation, and commissioning training to customers and internal teams.
  • Marketing: Support exhibitions and forums through technical presentations, media interviews, and promotional content.

Service Operations

  • Manage end-to-end service support for inverter and battery products.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service tickets.
  • Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for repairs, replacements, and installations.
  • Maintain service quality standards across regions.

Technical Support

  • Diagnose complex issues related to inverters, lithium batteries, and electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with R&D / production teams for recurring technical problems.
  • Improve troubleshooting SOPs and service manuals.

Warranty & Spare Management

  • Handle warranty claims and product replacement approvals.
  • Ensure availability of service inventory.

Team Management

  • Lead and supervise service technicians and support staff.
  • Assign daily service schedules and monitor productivity.
  • Conduct technical training for service teams and channel partners.

KPIs / Performance Metrics

  • Complaint closure TAT
  • Repeat complaint rate
  • Warranty claim control
  • Customer satisfaction score
  • Service revenue from AMC / paid service

Educational Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in the renewable energy sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong system-level knowledge of power electronics, energy storage batteries, and HV/LV distribution.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and execution abilities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.

Time & Working Days

  • Full time on-site role
  • Working Days - 6 days a week
  • Reporting Manager - Technical Director (Hybrid Inverters & BESS)
  • Timings - 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Leave Policy - 14 Annual Leaves, 7 Sick Leaves, 12 Holidays
  • Location - Emerald Plaza, Sector 65, Gurgaon
