Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Understand our healthcare services and convey their benefits to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts.
- Update and maintain CRM records with accurate sales data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education :12th Pass
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales or a related sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
