Salary: INR15K -18K + Incentives.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand our healthcare services and convey their benefits to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close contracts.
  • Update and maintain CRM records with accurate sales data.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education :12th Pass
  • 0–2 years of experience in inside sales or a related sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
