Inside Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include connecting with prospective clients, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting them into long-term partnerships. The role also involves managing existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets. Continuous communication, follow-ups, and meeting deadlines are key components of this role.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify potential clients and drive business growth
• Strong skills in nurturing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain long-term client relationships
• Experience with Account Management to oversee and maintain client portfolios
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the education or technology sectors is an advantage
