Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to pediatricians and neonatologists via WhatsApp, phone calls, and virtual meetings to introduce BEMPU products
  • Follow up on inbound leads and manage a pipeline of potential buyers through to closing
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations — explaining product features, clinical benefits, and use cases clearly
  • Manage and nurture relationships with regional distributors, answering queries and supporting order fulfilment
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach, conversations, and deal status in our CRM
  • Share market feedback — what doctors are asking, what objections come up, what competitors are mentioned
  • Collaborate with the Bangalore Field Sales Rep when in-person visits are needed for larger accounts
