Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or participate in analysis sessions with clients to gather and document application requirements for new CRM implementations.
Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet client requirements, extending capabilities through the creation of entities, forms, workflows, and reports.
Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications, including back-office/ERP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of CRM solutions.
