We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence in the USA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients in the USA market through email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Product Demos: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and interest in our software solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- SaaS Experience: Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the childcare, education, or related industries.
- US Sales Expertise: Familiarity with the USA market, including sales techniques, customer behavior, and business etiquette.
- Demo Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Night Shift: Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Target-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the childcare or education software industry is a plus.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
