Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for sourcing and generating new sales leads, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand business. Daily tasks include outbound communication with prospective clients, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in IT solutions or related industries is an advantage
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
