Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in New Delhi. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The representative will manage lead generation, provide excellent customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong account management. Coordination with other teams to analyze client requirements and foster long-term relationships will also be expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales with a proven ability to convert leads into clients
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences
- Experience in Lead Generation and managing the sales funnel effectively
- Account Management skills, including maintaining and nurturing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to team goals
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or related roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
