Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end sales cycle management including lead identification, qualification, product pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Execute inbound and outbound calling/email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across industries.
- Understand customer needs and propose solutions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success.
- Provide timely market feedback and identify business growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of Inside Sales experience in SaaS Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales.
- Proven target achievement in lead generation and revenue-based roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales outreach tools & MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strong customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IT solutions, Cloud, SaaS products, or enterprise technologies.
- Exposure to managing sales in international markets is a plus.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions.
