Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end sales cycle management including lead identification, qualification, product pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Execute inbound and outbound calling/email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across industries.
  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success.
  • Provide timely market feedback and identify business growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 25 years of Inside Sales experience in SaaS Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales.
  • Proven target achievement in lead generation and revenue-based roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales outreach tools & MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and strong customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of IT solutions, Cloud, SaaS products, or enterprise technologies.
  • Exposure to managing sales in international markets is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions.
