Inside Sales Representative

About the Role: Were looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to generate and qualify leads.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to convert leads into opportunities.

Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.

Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms.
