Your Impact
You will manage the full development lifecycle — from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support — while leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance speed and quality.
In this role, you will solve complex technical challenges, applying structured problem-solving, modular design principles, and sound engineering judgment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and senior engineers, to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. You will design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions using both configuration and customization, performing administrative tasks such as creating profiles, roles, user security models, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows. You will develop solutions using Lightning Components, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Aura, and Flow, while building and managing integrations with Salesforce Web Services (REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs) and middleware platforms.
You will manage environment setup, release processes, version control, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as perform data updates and migrations using tools like Data Loader. Additionally, you will contribute to AI-powered automation initiatives, including Agent force implementation, write technical documentation, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and alignment with best practices.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Mandatory certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce AI Associate / Agentforce Specialis
- 9+ years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce project development experience
- 5+ years of experience with SFDC configuration and custom development within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or equivalent Salesforce Cloud technologies
- 2+ years of experience architecting and/or engineering Cloud solutions
- Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning components, Scheduled and Batch classes, etc.
- Ability to migrate Salesforce classic features to Lightning experience, including converting Visualforce pages to lightning components and / or using Lightning Design System with Visualforce pages
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA etc.
- Designed and deployed AI-powered Salesforce Agents
- Configured Agentforce with Data Cloud for contextual intelligence
- Created governance framework for responsible AI usage
- Monitored and optimized agent performance metrics
