Detailed JD:
1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and skill development programs to enhance productivity.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure 100% target allocation and tracking.
2. Revenue Ownership & Sales Execution
- Own and drive inside sales targets for IT hardware across B2B/B2C segments to Achieve Sales Team Target's.
- Ensure strong pipeline management with a focus on closing maximum opportunities and maintain in CRM.
- Maintain deal profitability margins as per company benchmarks with Sales Manager's.
3. CRM & Process Compliance
- Ensure 100% CRM adoption with real-time updates on leads, opportunities, and closures.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to maintain forecast accuracy (>90%) and 3x pipeline coverage.
- Enforce compliance with pricing, proposal, and documentation SOPs.
4. Market & Product Strategy Alignment
- Conduct monthly product training sessions and OEM updates for the team.
- Collaborate with product/marketing teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback.
5. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
- Ensure adherence & guidance to lead generation cadence.
6. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Support ISRs in closing key enterprise accounts through joint calls and escalations with Sales Manager.
- Maintain a 90%+ CSAT score for inside sales-managed accounts.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, Sales Team, logistics, and support teams for seamless order execution.
7. Business Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Deliver weekly dashboards on sales performance, KPIs, and forecast health.
- Provide monthly insights on top-performing segments, products, and customer feedback.
- Recommend process improvements and strategic initiatives quarterly.
