Job Summary :-
Senses Electronics is looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to lead and drive inside sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead management and distribution, handling a team of inside sales executives, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales execution skills.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Manage inbound and outbound leads and ensure proper lead distribution among the sales team
- Supervise, mentor, and handle a team of inside sales representatives
- Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, and follow-ups
- Drive the team to achieve individual and overall sales targets
- Handle escalations and assist team members in closing high-value deals
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting through CRM systems
- Develop and implement sales scripts, call strategies, and best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management
Qualifications :-
- 35 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer acquisition roles
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead conversion
- Prior experience handling or mentoring a sales team
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
