Role Description

This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role, based onsite in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The candidate will actively engage with prospects to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and proficiency in managing leads and closing deals
  • Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and nurturing potential clients
  • Strong Account Management abilities to oversee client accounts efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in sales or education technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
