This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative, open to applicants with no prior experience or up to one year of experience. The role involves engaging potential customers, generating leads, managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in contributing to the company's success by building strong client relationships and effectively presenting Schola's educational offerings.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales with the ability to effectively communicate and engage customers
• Skills in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Experience or aptitude for Lead Generation and relationship building
• Basic Account Management skills to ensure follow-up and long-term customer success
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
