Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team on-site at our Mumbai location. The role involves identifying potential leads, conducting outreach through various channels, engaging with prospects, and converting them into customers. You will maintain customer relationships, manage accounts, and support business growth by achieving sales targets. Regular reporting and collaboration with the sales team are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively
  • Solid knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and prospecting techniques
  • Ability to use CRM tools and data analysis for reporting and improving sales performance
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service
