Key Responsibilities:
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and inbound inquiries
- Identify and engage decision-makers such as CXOs, Directors, Heads of Departments, and Managers
- Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT / CHAMP / ICP criteria
- Maintain and update lead data, call notes, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Book qualified meetings and demos for sales and business development teams
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads across the sales funnel
- Work closely with marketing teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality
- Meet and exceed monthly lead, meeting, and pipeline targets
- Research target accounts, industries, and competitors before outreach
- Handle objections professionally and position company offerings effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in B2B Inside Sales or Lead Generation
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Proven expertise in cold calling CXO / senior stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools
- Ability to understand complex B2B services or solutions
- Highly organized, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise solutions
- Comfortable selling high-value, consultative solutions
- Ability to work with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Prior experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) is a plus
