Role Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service. Day-to-day activities include engaging with potential and existing clients, analyzing customer needs, presenting solutions, and contributing to revenue generation through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
• Experience in Fintech product corporate account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Outstanding English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Previous experience in fintech or B2B environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and related sales tools.
