We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business outreach and client network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through cold calling & outreach through other means.
Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, and Senior Leaders to introduce ESS for value added services.
Maintain and update CRM data, track conversations, and follow up systematically to convert leads into opportunities.
Support the Business Development team by setting up meetings and nurturing potential clients.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
Desired Skills & Qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in B2B or service-based firms).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
13 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sectors.
