We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and maintaining relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-6 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
