Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated professional to handle inside sales for lab instruments and scientific products. The Product line will be Brookfield. This role suits science graduates who enjoy speaking with customers and want to build a career in B2B technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

    • Contact potential customers — research institutes, pharma companies, biotech firms, and industrial labs — via phone, email, and LinkedIn
    • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable lab instruments and solutions
    • Generate and qualify leads; coordinate with field sales team for closures
    • Maintain customer database and activity reports in CRM
    • Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries
    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support .
Desired Candidate Profile

    • Science graduate (BSc / MSc / B.Pharm / Biotechnology / Biochemistry) — understanding of lab environment is a plus
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development preferred
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
Preferred Experience

    • Prior exposure to selling lab equipment, scientific instruments, pharma consumables, or industrial products
    • Familiarity with customers such as research institutes, pharma manufacturers, or biotech companies
