We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for building relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales (Jewelry industry ) is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
