We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for building relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales (Jewelry industry ) is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
