Role: Inside Sales Executive (Individual Contributor)

This role focuses on generating, nurturing, and converting business opportunities while managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Pre-Sales, and internal teams for effective pitching
  • Nurture prospects, address objections, and guide them through the sales funnel
  • Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the Customer Success and Order Processing teams
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Contribute to a high-performance work culture
  • Benefit from an attractive and competitive commission structure

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Hardware and Solution Sales
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • MBA or Engineering background preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as Probing, Question-Based Selling, and Solution Selling
  • Experience working with OEMs or Channel Partners is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive
