Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dadri for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving lead generation strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets. This role requires proactive communication and a passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Experience in Inside Sales and ability to manage the complete sales process
  • Skills in Lead Generation and Sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Account Management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a goal-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in sales reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
