Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
- Identify and engage decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Sales/Business Heads) in mid & large enterprises
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality product demos
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business pain points
- Pitch Palladium as a fully autonomous enterprise solution, tailored to prospect use cases
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
- Track all activities and outcomes using CRM and internal tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of inside/outbound B2B sales experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience selling IT / SaaS / Software / Tech products
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and prospecting techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Experience in Domestic (India) enterprise sales is a strong plus
- Comfortable in a target-driven IC role with high ownership
- Graduation required (BTech / BE / BCA / BSc / Any degree acceptable)
