Job Description

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.

Inside Sales Activities/Support: The Job includes all the following pre sales activities:

  • Initiate and execute the internal process for lead management, ensuring that all qualified leads are delivered to the appropriate sales manager at the right time.
  • Lead management through CRM tool.
  • Conceptualize, define and execute a diverse range of marketing programs, including cold calling, telemarketing, webinars, events, email campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of list procurement, list cleansing, marketing automation software, (Acton preferred), lead nurturing, campaign execution.
  • Analytical: Know how to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics..
  • Generating corporate leads

Leads generation, Client, Region & Contact mapping.

How is the success in the position measured

  • Number of leads generated / Meetings.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

What are the minimum entry level requirements for the job, in terms of Qualification and Experience:

Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA or relevant Masters preferred) 5+ year of Inside Sales experience in Education Management Space.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Vendor management: Ability to work with external resources to design campaigns, landing pages, call to action etc.
  • Creativity in describing or designing messages and calls to action that make prospects sit up and take notice
  • Excellent writing, presentation, communication and skills
  • Knowledge of IT Services, GCC & Product Companies.
  • Data Crunching, Market Intelligence (Industry Updates, Competition)
