Inside Sales Activities/Support: The Job includes all the following pre sales activities:
- Initiate and execute the internal process for lead management, ensuring that all qualified leads are delivered to the appropriate sales manager at the right time.
- Lead management through CRM tool.
- Conceptualize, define and execute a diverse range of marketing programs, including cold calling, telemarketing, webinars, events, email campaigns.
- Solid understanding of list procurement, list cleansing, marketing automation software, (Acton preferred), lead nurturing, campaign execution.
- Analytical: Know how to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics..
- Generating corporate leads

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
What are the minimum entry level requirements for the job, in terms of Qualification and Experience:
Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA or relevant Masters preferred) 5+ year of Inside Sales experience in Education Management Space.
Skills and Knowledge
- Vendor management: Ability to work with external resources to design campaigns, landing pages, call to action etc.
- Creativity in describing or designing messages and calls to action that make prospects sit up and take notice
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication and skills
- Knowledge of IT Services, GCC & Product Companies.
- Data Crunching, Market Intelligence (Industry Updates, Competition)
