Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Location: Noida

Working Days- 6 Days

About the Role

The Inside Sales Manager will lead a tele-sales team responsible for selling digital service packages. The role focuses on lead conversion, merchant onboarding, product pitching, account activation, and revenue generation through subscription/service packages.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & manage an Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets for service packages.

Make outbound calls to merchants, explain package benefits, pricing, and value proposition.

Pitch featuresvisibility, customer acquisition, and easy ad usage.

Pitch service packages including onboarding, cataloging, account setup, listings, and renewal services.

Ensure high-quality telephonic sales interactions and conversion standards.

Monitor lead flow, call productivity, CRM updates, and sales funnel movement.

Provide product training, script improvements, and objection-handling guidance to team members.

Drive onboarding completion: KYC collection, account setup, first-ad activation, or go-live support.

Ensure accurate daily reporting, MIS creation, and tracking of KPIs such as conversions, activations, and revenues.

Maintain merchant satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.

Maintain strong relationships with key merchants and partners in the assigned territory.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).

45 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Merchant Acquisition.

B2B platforms.

Strong phone-based selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Experience in selling subscription, digital, or advertising packages.

Target-driven, data-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred: Candidates from digital marketing sales, or
