Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager with over five years of experience in the edutech sector. The position is based in Bengaluru, where you will lead sales activities, generate and manage leads, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee account management. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales and a strong ability to develop and manage high-performing sales processes.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and finding innovative ways to engage potential clients.
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, including building lasting relationships and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the edutech sector is highly desirable.
