We are an early-stage HR tech start-up that developed this SaaS platform, which brings down new employee onboarding to minutes as opposed to other platforms which takes days. In addition to this, our platform delivers this at a fraction of the prevailing costs in the market.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Intern/executive located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client onboarding, along with other stakeholders. The role will also involve engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and work alongside the sales team to achieve business goals. Additionally, the intern will assist in creating reports and gathering key insights to enhance sales strategies.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Sales experience in any industry would be advantageous - Additional training in Tech Sales will be provided
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
