Role: Inside Sales Intern

Location: Bangalore

Job Brief

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven Inside Sales Intern to join our team and be responsible for lead generation and development.

Main Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Intern

Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities

Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements

Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale

Maintaining and updating the lead generation database

Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business

Key Requirements

You are an MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration, or a related field.

You have good understanding of outbound calling and emailing.

You should be comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).

You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

You are proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
