About the Role
We're looking for a B2B Content Marketer who can combine strong writing with strategic thinking.
This role goes beyond content creation - you will own end-to-end content marketing, including:
- Ideation
- Creation
- Distribution
- Performance tracking
You should be comfortable creating high-quality content while also understanding how it supports engagement, sales conversations, and conversions.
What You'll Work On
1. Content Creation
Create high-quality B2B content across formats:
- Blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks
- Website pages and landing pages
- LinkedIn posts, ad copies, email campaigns
- Sales enablement content (pitch decks, one-pagers)
Tailor content across funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
2. Content Strategy & Planning
- Work with marketing and sales to define content themes and calendars
- Map content to ICPs, personas, and buyer journeys
- Identify content gaps based on business priorities
3. Distribution & Campaign Support
- Support campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and SEO
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats
- Collaborate with performance marketing for campaign alignment
4. Sales & Product Alignment
- Create content for sales (case studies, decks, battle cards)
- Translate product features into clear business messaging
- Work with product teams on release communication
5. Performance & Optimization
- Track performance (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions)
- Optimize content based on insights
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B content marketing (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Strong writing portfolio across formats
- Understanding of:
- SEO fundamentals
- LinkedIn and paid campaign content
- B2B buyer journey and funnel-based content
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear narratives
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
