Job Role

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive with experience in cold calling and B2B sales. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
  • Explain company products/services clearly to customers
  • Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads
  • Coordinate with the sales team for deal closures
  • Maintain accurate client and call records in CRM/Excel

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with daily cold calling targets
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
