We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Present and demonstrate product features to potential clients in an engaging manner.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
